# The job
You will set up injection molding machines, analyze and resolve malfunctions, and coordinate work processes. With your technical expertise and attention to detail, you will play an active role in shaping NEXT GEN PLASTICS and ensure the highest production quality.

- Setup of Injection Molding Machines and Peripheral Equipment
- Tool Changes and Production Start-up
- Defining and Optimizing Process Parameters
- Monitoring Production Stability and Part Quality
- Resolving technical problems and identifying their causes
- Collaboration with teams from the Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments
- Maintaining basic production documentation
# Your profile
What sets you apart
- Experience in setting up injection molding machines
- Technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with ENGEL or ARBURG machines is a plus
- Willingness to work in a three-shift schedule
