Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems proALPHA an unserem internationalen Standort in Tschechien
- First- und Second-Level-Support für alle IT-Systeme
- Technische Administration und Optimierung der ERP-Umgebung
- Unterstützung bei der Anpassung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie eigenständige Leitung von Teilprojekten
- Administration der Server-, Netzwerk- (WAN, LAN, WLAN) und Telefoninfrastruktur
- Betreuung von VMware-Umgebungen sowie physischen Servern
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und modernen IT-Betriebs
# Ihr Profil
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, Studium) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und in der Systemadministration
- Kenntnisse im ERP-System proALPHA von Vorteil
- Fundiertes Wissen in Hardware, IT-Architektur und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Erfahrung mit Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. VMware)
- Sehr gute Tschechisch- und Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil
- Serviceorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
