Are you ready to take on the role of Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to manage customer and supplier quality and actively contribute to optimizing our processes?
# The job
You will handle customer complaints, coordinate root cause analyses, and provide support for audits and quality metrics. With your expertise, you will play an active role in shaping NEXT GEN PLASTICS and ensure the highest product and process quality.
# Job profile
These are your tasks
- Responsibility for managing and evaluating customer and supplier quality at our international location in the Czech Republic
- Processing and documenting complaints, including creating and tracking 8D reports
- Coordination of root cause analysis in collaboration with internal departments
- Monitoring and Analysis of Defined Quality Metrics
- Assistance in the preparation of P-FMEAs, control plans, and quality-related documentation
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
- Supporting project quality planning and assisting with customer, supplier, and certification audits
- Participation in internal audits and the further development of the quality management system
# Your profile
What sets you apart
- Completed technical or business training (secondary level / technical college)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management required
- Good written and spoken German or English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of 8D methodology and common root-cause analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5-Why)
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., MSA, SPC)
- Knowledge of relevant management system standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA)
- Accurately Reading Technical Drawings and Production Documents
- A structured, analytical approach to work, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
- Class B Driver’s License
