Sie analysiersen Störungen, unterstützen die Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen, Robotern und Steuerungssystemen. Mit Ihrem IT- und Automatisierungs-Know-how gestalten Sie die NEXT GEN PLASTICS aktiv mit und sichern einen reibungslosen Produktionsbetrieb.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Betrieb, Wartung und Fehleranalyse von Produktionsanlagen mit Siemens LOGO! PLC an unserem internationalen Standort in Tschechien
- Unterstützung bei Anpassung, Optimierung und Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungsprogrammen
- Integration von Maschinen und Sicherstellung der Kommunikation (u. a. EUROMAP 63)
- Vernetzung von Maschinen, Robotern und übergeordneten Systemen
- Betreuung von MDE/BDE-Systemen zur Produktionsdatenerfassung
- Programmierung und Optimierung von SBS-Steuerungen
- Programmierung, Parametrierung und Inbetriebnahme von Industrierobotern
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Sicherheitstests
- Analyse von Störungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und IT
- Dokumentation von Steuerungsprogrammen und Systemänderungen
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessstandardisierung
# Ihr Profil
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Produktions-IT oder vergleichbar
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Siemens LOGO! PLC
- Kenntnisse im Bereich EUROMAP 63
- Erfahrung mit SBS-Steuerungssystemen
- Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Industrierobotern
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
