Sie bedienen und programmieren 3D-Messmaschinen, analysieren Messdaten und koordinieren Kalibrierungen. Mit Ihrem Know-how gestalten Sie die NEXT GEN PLASTICS aktiv mit und sichern höchste Prozessgenauigkeit.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für den Betrieb des Messlabors und die Verwaltung metrologischer Prozesse an unserem internationalen Standort in Tschechien
- Präzise Messung und Prüfung von Produkten mit 3D-Messmaschinen (CMM) und weiteren Messmitteln
- Bedienung und Programmierung von CMM-Geräten, insbesondere Zeiss und Keyence
- Analyse, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Messdaten
- Verwaltung und Kalibrierung von Messmitteln gemäß Kunden-, Norm- und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Mitarbeit bei PPAP-Prozessen, Schulungen und Audits
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung von Prozessgenauigkeit und -stabilität
# Ihr Profil
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens Sekundarstufe)
- Praktikum oder erste Berufserfahrung als Messtechniker / Metrologist
- Erfahrung mit Zeiss und Keyence CMM, inklusive Programmierung
- Kommunikative Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in Qualitätswerkzeugen und statistischen Methoden
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Produktionsdokumentation
- Erfahrung im CAQ-System von Vorteil
