# The job
As an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll put NEXT GEN PLASTICS into practice: You’ll design efficient production and logistics processes, analyze key performance indicators, and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
# Job profile
Here's what you can expect from us
- Analysis of production processes and material flows to increase efficiency and reduce waste at our international facility in the Czech Republic
- Design of production lines, storage areas, and logistics routes to ensure smooth operations
- Development and maintenance of work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and time standards
- Collection and analysis of production metrics to derive recommendations for action
- Application of Lean methods, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and FMEA for continuous process improvement
- Coordination of projects between production, quality, logistics, and maintenance
# Your profile
What you bring with you
- A degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production management, or similar)
- Knowledge of technical documentation and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
- A results-oriented approach and the ability to work across departments
