# The job
You will set up injection molding machines, analyze and resolve malfunctions, and coordinate work processes. With your technical expertise and attention to detail, you will play an active role in shaping NEXT GEN PLASTICS and ensure the highest production quality.
# Job profile
These are your tasks
- Setting up and operating injection molding machines and peripheral equipment for production at our international facility in the Czech Republic
- Organization of Workflows for Machine Operators and Handlers
- Performing tasks to support the injection molding department
- Maintenance of production documentation and test reports
- Troubleshooting and Resolution of Problems
- Preparation of Packaging Materials
- Work on a 3-shift schedule
# Your profile
What sets you apart
- Completed technical training (secondary school or college); a technical field of study is preferred
- Basic knowledge of English or German
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in setting up injection molding machines, particularly ENGEL and ARBURG, is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team, sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work
