# Der Job
Als Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) setzen Sie NEXT GEN PLASTICS in die Praxis um: Sie gestalten Produktions- und Logistikprozesse effizient, werten Kennzahlen aus und koordinieren bereichsübergreifende Verbesserungsprojekte mit Six Sigma, Kaizen und 5S.
# Jobprofil
Das erwartet Sie bei uns
- Analyse von Produktionsprozessen und Materialflüssen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Reduzierung von Verschwendung an unserem internationalen Standort in Tschechien
- Gestaltung von Produktionslinien, Lagerbereichen und Logistikwegen für reibungslose Abläufe
- Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) und Zeitstandards
- Sammlung und Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Anwendung von Lean-Methoden, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen und FMEA zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
- Koordination von Projekten zwischen Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Instandhaltung
# Ihr Profil
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionsmanagement o. ä.)
- Kenntnisse technischer Dokumentation und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD) von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zu arbeiten
